Open the empty (unlocked) locker

Decide between PREMIUM and BASIC service
PREMIUM means we will carefully WASH + IRON + FOLD your clothes, price is 120 baht per kilogram
BASIC means we will (also carefully) WASH and DRY your clothes, price is 60 baht per kilogram.

Scan the appropriate QR code with your phone
RED color QR code is for PREMIUM WASH + IRON
BLUE color is for WASH ONLY
Fill the form in your phone and click "Submit"

Take the bag from the locker and fill it with your laundry. As much as you can 🙂
One bag in the drawer takes 2 kg of clothes in average.
Put 120 baht for wash only or 240 baht for wash and iron inside every bag you filled.
Put the bags in the locker and lock it (the code on the lock is the same as the number of the locker).

Simple as that
The next day, we will send you a message when you can pick up clean and fresh laundry from the same locker, usually after 5 p.m.
When you take the laundry, PLEASE don't forget to put the lock back in the locker.
If you opted for our premium delivery service, we will send you a message when you can pick up your laundry at your hotel reception.
