It all started by coincidence. Our other business is room rental (www.bestin-phuket.com/en) and we had a small empty shop in the building. Customers from Waterfront hotel, walking next to our building, asked us where they can do their laundry. We were not thinking about washing and ironing clothes at all. But then, we had some free time during low season around August 2024, so we just started. And since then, we grow and grow. But we still keep the same quality as at the very beginning, as you can see on our 5 star reviews.
